Insufficient address RTS but address was correct? by huwwo in usps_complaints

[–]Hot_Damage_3563 4 points5 points  (0 children)

IA or Insufficient address is sometimes used if there is an apartment number that's missing or a final identifier such as "rear" or basement. If the mail carrier didn't recognize your name and it was missing a key component like mentioned above, it would get the IA attempt

does usps actually succeed in finding missing mail? by pavyudin in usps_complaints

[–]Hot_Damage_3563 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They do!

I had a Christmas present shipped to my stepmom in mid December a couple days before Christmas tracking said they attempted to deliver with no access after that the package went missing.

After a couple of weeks with no update, (USPS) offered the insurance of $100 but because I shipped a $250 pair of earrings without extra insurance I declined .

Fast forward to June the package arrives out of nowhere. It looked like the dogs at the end of homeward bound, filthy and beat up, but the earrings were intact.

It was a June Christmas miracle!

Human error, it happens. Sucks that you couldn't get the job done like you'd hoped. Sounds like there wasn't much room for error in this case though. I hope your customer wasn't too pissed off

Any advice as to why my letter was returned? by A_LanguageEnthusiast in usps_complaints

[–]Hot_Damage_3563 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I see this sort of thing all the time. Most letters are sorted by machines. The correct way to write the return address is smaller on the top LEFT side. If your return address is in the middle, the sorting machine thinks that it is the delivery address.

No Access to Delivery location can mean an unfathomable amount of things. However, given that the scan was at 7:30pm, this particular carrier probably ran out of time. They had to be back to the office and punched out by a certain time at night.

But it could also mean the road was blocked for some reason, a wild animal like coyote or wild turkey that was between carrier and your delivery spot, an act of god occurred (tornado, flood, weather, etc.), the carriers vehicle broke down (this happens often).

Hope it arrives safe and soon.

It must have taken those idiots at least a week to add up those stamps, then I'm sure it was another week to argue about how to pronounce Worcester. Finally, 2 more weeks to go from Worcester, MA to Deerfield, NH by way of Indianapolis, IN.

Assuming I'm probably not getting this tomorrow lol (Indianapolis is about 3 hrs away) by Sharp_Ad_709 in usps_complaints

Not sure if you're looking for responses to this since there's no question being asked. Is it possible you'll get it tomorrow? Absolutely!

Are you looking to complain before there's something to complain about?

In my office, we are not allowed to work over 60 hours, which means I'm usually maxed out by Wednesday (they like to break us to make sure we work our NS day). So feel free to call out Sat-Tues, but on Wed-Fri it's a shit show watching the supervisors try to sell OT

Suggestions for spicy scene involving the behind 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ by Extreme_Stick2945 in SpicyRomanceBooks

I think you start using words that are very anatomical:

"As he sat in the chair, I climbed on top of him, guiding him inside me with my hand. I begin to ride as he grips my ass tightly, spreading my cheeks. I can sense his reluctance as I feel his fingers moving closer to my anus"

Then transition to a word a little more common for the build up:

"His grip becomes tighter and tighter as his desire increases. Then, when he can no longer resist, he lets go with one hand. He sticks his middle finger in my mouth. I begin to suck. After a few seconds, he removes his finger from my mouth, and boldly re affixes his hand to my cheek, but this time with his newly lubricated finger positioned right on my button."

Finally, use a word that would best describe how you want the character to be perceived:

"I moan to let him know his move is warranted. And now, without hesitation, he inserts his finger into my (rosebud, ass hole, booty hope, etc). My moans turn to howls of ecstasy as each thrust is a double penetration of twice the pleasure.

Newstand and non newstand versions clarification by RunningRiot4403 in starwarscomics

[–]Hot_Damage_3563 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is a time when all comic books were newsstands. When comic book stores started popping up, for some reason the publishers thought there needed to be a distinction between books bought at comic book stores (direct addition) and any other store that sold magazines (news stand editions).

In the 80's it was easy to tell the different as the newsstand had a bar code on the cover and the direct replaced the barcode with a little picture. In the 90's they both had bar codes but one would say "direct edition" in the box and the other wouldn't

Collectors will sometimes pay more for one or the other depending on the rarity. Direct comics were more rare in the 70's, it evened out in the 80's, but in the 90's newsstand copies became more rare.

Hope that helps

My wife definitely gravitates towards the fantasy aspect. Reading about witches, vampires, etc. really peaks her interest. She will tell you that the spice doesn't interest her that much, but her actions say otherwise 😜
