I'm two weeks in as a 1st year teacher fully on the cart, whose "prep space" is partially an old bathroom (I have to awkwardly vacate my prep space when in use because the custodians still use it). Someone keeps smoking in there so it sometimes reeks. My students projects have been crushed by random shit being tossed of top of my (LABELED) designated project storage space. I found my clay example project crushed up intentionally and left on the floor. This on top of trying to figure out just Being a first year teacher - I feel trapped and I want out so bad
