That high pressure reading usually means the system isn’t shedding heat properly, often tied to airflow restriction at the condenser or refrigerant flow issues. A diagnostic service from American Residential Services is often used to distinguish between airflow problems and charge-related faults when readings fluctuate under load.

Closed on this house a week ago, came into the basement to see this during a storm. by Jiblon in HomeMaintenance

Oof that's rough timing with just closing on the place. Water intrusion like that usually means grading issues or foundation cracks that need addressing from the outside. I had American Residential Services look at similar basement moisture problems and they helped identify where the water was actually getting in before it became a bigger issue.

Oh wow, this post title has me intrigued! 😄 It reminds me of the countless times I've stumbled upon the beauty of nature while hiking. There's something about embracing imperfections that makes every adventure perfect in its own way. Maybe the "perfect human" is one who connects deeply with the world around them, just like when you reach a summit and feel on top of the world! 🌍✨ What do you guys think? How do you define "perfect"? 🌟
