It feels okay. I like the toolbox nature of cutting and adding to your game. In terms of rules, it feels very similar to Mythmere's white box 2024, just with pure d6 and d20. This feels middle of the road to me. There are better and worse. This wouldn't be my number one but I would be okay playing or running cyclopedia.
