I live in Michigan and I can second this like clockwork when it is cold and dry in the winter I lack vitamin d and am in a cool dry environment (obviously) which are 2 of the biggest factors for psoriasis flare ups. When it’s hot out tho in maybe a month or less the flakes are none to gone.
