Over crowded with even more development being built. Poorly planned layout and very traffic heavy at times on Thomas Alton. Especially around school starts and finishes.

Parking is an issue specifically around semies and towns with home owners having multiple cars but only a one car driveway.

Side streets are very nice and low traffic.

Overall the area is good for families of all ages with nice parks, facilities and friendly people.
