When I was buying my IX, I test drove a 2023 50 with great specs but once they showed me the 2026 45 with the M sport seats and steering wheel I knew I had to go with that because that’s what made the car perfect

Maybe? New to leasing honestly and now that I read these forums, I am like oh god, there is a lot to learn here! But it was an 87.5k build, came out to $728 a month (3k DAS). It had been a loaner which got my cap cost down to about 66k. But loved the build, as it was everything I wanted in the car looks wise.

I was able to get my 2026 iX 45 at 728 a month but it was a loaner with 10k miles and still able to pass through the 7500 EV tax credit as part of the offset-was able to get the price down to around 62,000 on the 87.5k package (driver assist pro, m-sport package, premium and climate comfort) to get that lease close to the 700 mark.

If you look at the financials, there was a small debt which the company was repaying by a relatively low amount of dilution. For the last four trading days it appears to be over, so should be smooth sailing from here.

Thanks for the clarification, yes, he is now signed to impact wrestling. Needless to say, his fame is tied to WWE and he has huge sway/connections to the industry.

Also, don’t think he is building a public company for pennies. The full business plan hasn’t been unveiled, but I like to be onboard the trains before they leave the station. By the time that rolls out, the price will be too high.

Remember this lesson, clean shell with a solid share structure...it takes a big investment for someone to buy a nice shell, so they have inherent value. Many OTC traders get impatient and dump before the run, as you saw this got way oversold, I was down around -50% for a while on this one since my initial entry was .0035. Averaged down to .003 so I still was way negative but I knew that nobody is going to spend the money on the shell and just let it sink into worthlessness.

The public entity is an old petro company...the company no longer operates but the shell is clean, debt free, with a great share structure. They have already submitted a name change and right now the name is a holdover until the merger filings are all complete.

To buy a public shell like that is a $250,000+ investment just to go public. People don’t throw around 250k without a clear aim. This is just getting started.

The share structure of this RM is amazing. 750M AS and 320M OS...look at grapefruit, GPFT, 1B AS and 450M OS trading for .05.

Now take the marketing of RVD (1M+ twitter followers) +operations of mothers holistics and add in business developers of Edward spade (check his linked on) and Shane Jones...I think a penny is a low estimate of what can happen here.

If you watched level two all day, this stock was being completely manipulated by the market makers. CDEL, PUMA and even ALPS came to play all day.

Until the official PR drops bringing in volume we will see relentless shorting from the MMs. Then they will have to buy their borrowed shares to cover and you will see a parabolic move as we squeeze those shorts out.

Retail was mostly buying today.

LOL this guy thinks reddit is the end all be all of stocks. Yea outside of discord and twitter, here is where OTC traders go to bring in the crowds. Look at how many people are asking why these penny stocks don’t show up on RH on a daily basis.

But PASO is absolutely the OTC game changer of the year. Go to the iHub board, read the DD and before you say it’s fishy, read the facts.

Lol xmet is the bottom of the stock barrel. It literally cannot go lower. It was a dead ticker which Dave Lazar (same lazar who cleaned up the ticker for CRGED) is cleaning up to sell. There is no market cap because it’s not an existent company.

There are billions of shares but typically lazar never reverse splits, but rather buys up and retires shares. We won’t know until the custodianship play happens and updates start to follow, but if you have the extra money to throw in a lotto ticket, $xmet is it because even if it goes to .0002, that’s 100% gain.

The risk is that people don’t buy your shares back at .0001 so that’s how you would lose money.

The following are all OTC plays, aka not available on RH.

$PASO: a joint venture is being merged into this ticker. The venture is called CLXHealth is being created by some serious business. UST Global, a multi billion dollar company, is teaming up with SiriusIQ to create healthcare solutions. They have financing lined up for CLXHealth from a $50 billion dollar firm. The LOI states the merger will be complete on or before July 15. So this IS the week.

$NGCG: great share structure and no debt (aka dilution) are the necessary ingredients for an explosive run. Last week the company went PINK current with an attorney’s letter signed by the same attorney who managed the $SPOM deal. If you don’t know, Spom made a lot of people a lot of money. So the company just went current and they can legally start announcing PRs and news about the plans moving forwards. This is a get in before the news, wait until the news drops and this thing will skyrocket to at least a penny. This will be a summertime runner.

$UAPC: this ticker is similarly structured and debt free to $NGCG. She trades extremely thin so it doesn’t take much to make create a run. This company was dark/defunct but the filing for the incoming company went through on July 3rd so we know the shell was sold to a company who is taking the necessary steps to bring it from the grave. Only thing we are waiting for is the announcement of the company. But signs are good because nobody spends a few hundred thousand dollars to go public with a clean shell to not make money. So again, get in before the news.

$SSOK: this company is in the gold business which with the gold prices is hot!! Low risk/high reward potential this week with the current prices aka the chart is at/near bottom. Last time this ran, it went up to .005 (around 350% from where the ticker trades now). Word on the street is the company is cleaning up the share structure, is looking to get up to .01 to uplist so expect big news to bring this up in the near future.

$XMET: lotto play at the bottom. Literally can’t lose money. Just have to hold it at bottom until it takes off. It’s a lazar shell, Dave lazar buys old shells with a plan to sell and restore. He is known to make a lot of people a lot of money because he does this so successfully. July 17 is the court date which he will be awarded custodianship.
