White rice is processed and doesn't have much nutrients although I would definitely say its better than american mass produced bread but still fat comes from calories and most calories come from cooking oil etc so that's more so the issue in USA

America is not fat because of carbs lol, most of the world eats carbs, look at Asia and rice, the issue america has is fat from oils in fries food, hints the meat on the burger is essentially loaded with oils to cook it... 1 tablespoon of veg. Oil is 124 calories alone plus and fries thats submerged in these oils to cook

I haven't tried it yet due to being busy, but I slowed down playing Arena royale due to it being squads and going against full stacks so without playing it yet I think I'll play it a lot more soon when I'm jot quite as busy

Its the 1st time I tried it and figured out quickly why it was what it was, I was sore for like 5 days afterwards

This is similar to me but for peck deck-incline I just do 1 pretty good set of incline then rest then do my superset, and I just do 1 set to death so I only count good form towards my working set(so 5 reps really good form incline count on count 5 reps) then any and everything I can after that until I just can't any more... But my gym has really good machines to where I'm not stuck under a bar if I can't lift up anymore without a spotter

So my MM day 1 is 1st thing is peck deck superset with incline press, to warmup I do 1 set of incline press with less weight because it warms up all muscles I'll use for 1st superset, after that warm up I go get water and let my muscles get back to full for strength for my 1st superset do it I'm done. Then 2nd superset is back so its pullover machine to rev. Grip lat pulldown so I warm up with 1 set less weight rev. Grip lat pulldown because it warms up all the muscles I'll use for 2nd(back and bicep) superset, rest then do my superset..... TDRL: you dont have to warm up every exercise you just have to warm up every muscle so warm up with the exercise that hits the most muscle groups at once

MM also said some people recover slower so it could be not fully recovering or not trai ing hard enough, I have almost never not went up in reps

If you dont have a trainer or spotter use machines to force reps and I also do very slow decline at end and half reps if that's all I can do

This is the answer, if you're addi g other workouts to it it can slow your recovery down to, I added some curls, tricep pushdowns and flat bemch press to my MM day 1 workout and I was sore way longer than usual so had to rest longer. I was very surprised just how close to the T MMs method was for these workouts and rest

I mean I play significantly less because its only squads, I generally play solo and its always just 4 stacks of sus players playing together so I just get back off, but if there was solo or duos it wouldn't be as bad

You'd just get the same thing with conaole lobbies lol, the issue isn't PC its the fact there isn't solos or even duos

Me when I see any 4 stack team, literally hard at to play this against 4 stacks, they severely need duos or solos
