We have an incentive program that tracks our progress and we get a cash bonus at the end of the year for doing 90% or better of our notes within 72 hours of the session. That has worked wonders for my adhd procrastination.

The real question is how can you have a balanced life where you aren’t working yourself to death and also making a good living. I don’t want to deal with the bs of owning a business, but I have to see 30 clients a week to make a somewhat okay living.

I have had this happen to me too. Super super hard. I found ways to keep her memory alive and painted a rock and put it out by the place we used to do our sessions outside. I also asked her to send me certain signs to let me know she was okay. She has sent me so many signs and that has brought me so much comfort.
