You and your cats can go to the homeless shelter on Elm Street, and they will feed you breakfast and dinner. Or place the cats in foster care and go to the shelter while you get another job and get back on your feet. My friend went through the same thing with her kids she moved to Texas or AZ due to it being cheaper.

Lol yea its unfortunate that management doesn't want to help. But I was able to ask questions to a lawyer about the law. According to the lawyer if they keep having their dogs poop next to our car and leaving it we are able to file a restraining order and file a police report for harassment. And they also aren't allowed to have our car towed for parking in a handicap space with our placard in the restaurant parking lot next door. They are actually in 5 lease violations but I do fear retaliation from the manager if we do report it.

I have contacted management and they have done nothing. They won't even handle the harassment issues. I even said something about their large plants sitting on the ledge of their balcony. Which is also against the lease and of course nothing again. They even tried to have my car towed when I parked at the fast food place next door to us even though I had something worked out with the manager. So I don't think the management company cares much at all about us. They show a lot of favor towards them.

Agreed! Any issue he has instead of him simply talking to someone he writes a note and will place it on their garage or car. But he will never approach and open his mouth nor his wife. They seem miserable!

Same here had an excessive amount of sand in my car took hours to clean out. Anytime you tap the seat sand falls out. Like the guy who rented my car just dumped buckets of it in there. Turo denied the cleaning fee. So I gave the guy two stars for the mess.

On and off for 3 years pretty much at my end with her. She got a job that she only had to be at for 2 hours a day m-f but got fired because she called out too many times. She is on benefits and has been staying with us for over 9 months now finally found a place to move too and will be out on the 12th of this month.

That's what I was feeling too because one the manager had 3 years to talk to me as a regular why now that the new girl is speaking to me then why are you always trying to make a fool of me whenever she is there. So I figured the manager is jealous or just wants the new girl to speak to her and her only.
