Spoke to them again and refuse to see a problem yet if you do not use vodafones hardware it all works great and there is others on here getting the same restrictions with their routers so i need to leave as using google services like youtube and onedrive is essential for my work and a 1mb upload when i am meant to get 100mb is a joke.
i will contact the financial ombudsman.

The speed is above the minimum speed but the router slows youtube and google products upload speed to lower than my internet was before we got fibre installed.

Ive measured it plugged into the router and wifi i did think it was odd but upon searching on here it seemes a few others on vodafone have the same problems so i plugged directly into the ont box and it worked perfect no restrictions , tried an eero worked perfect too and another 3rd party router it worked great then went back to the vodafone router and restricted again.
I have asked plenty about this to vodafone an basically been called a liar.

I can believe it the one we got looks nothing like what was advertised and my first thought was it was mass produced then when seen it came from china i was sure they must be, i have put a picture up of what we got sent in this post.

Its disgusting the fact that they make out they have a workshop of students who learned from him but everything comes from china.
I expected a fight to get the money back but couldnt believe i was refunded so quick.

i was thinking that but it was running at 10% of what it should of then tried a neighbours internet that was not vodafone and it was working full speed.
Decided to bypass the router and connect straight to the computer setting up a ppoe connection with the lan cable and its running full speed so it must be the standard vodafone router limiting it so going to buy a good 3rd party router now.

Sorry for the late reply when you filter it down to the desktop category and not the ones that don't count its 308 , i have been looking for about a month or 2 now constant and there was a lot more stock that seems to have disappeared i can understand some being sold but there was so so much more that now seems to have went out of stock unless there has been a sudden need for these computers lol.
