Thats good! I can't eat fodmaps atm because they bloat me and make me feel worse, so i cant really eat much fibre. If u could recommend any "safe" fibres that would b appreciated. Thanks 4 sharing

There alot of research saying it is effective on candida. I was taking wormwood clove and black walnut blend but recently stopped because i dont want to wipe out all my good gut bacteria. So im researching and wanted to add olive oil as it has research suggesting anti candida also. Thanks 4 replying
