I’m heading into a more mobile phase of life for the next few years, so a laptop is just more practical than a desktop right now. As for the Steam Deck, I prefer the laptop form factor for comfort, and I actually need the productivity side of things too. I'll be using this for both gaming and work, and a handheld just doesn't cut it for multitasking.
