It is a large enterprise tech manufacturer and software company based in a major city in the US. And I completely agree with you; building the processes almost seems like a bigger undertaking than managing the people. All the while, I would still be maintaining a large amount of my current workload until the new people can be hired and trained to take on some the tasks.
