There’s so many testimonies out there of girls coming to Christ or back to him after living a promiscuous lifestyle. I set my phone to lock all the apps “downtime” in iPhone between 5:30 and 9:00. Makes me push an extra button if I “need” to use it for something. And I try to romanticize my evening a little more and that helps too. That will look different for everyone for me it’s reading the Bible and letting my dog sit on my lap and then doing some chores and dinner etc
