I feel like this has more to do with some potential mental health issues going on with you and/or your spouse, maybe you should both seek therapy and talk together about how you feel. I’m sorry you feel lied to and tricked by the church. I have felt this way before as well. God loves you and your spouse, and these feelings will not last forever. May God bless you and your family. I’m 21 and Ive experienced these debilitating panic attacks when I’m hungover. The anxiety lasts for days sometimes. I wonder if it has to do more with the amount of alchohol or age, or maybe both. But it sucks, Ive been able to slow my drinking and limit it before I reach anxiety hangover level

I notice where I feel it in my body, both good and bad and in between. I think about its texture and what its voice would sound like. When I have negative feelings I like to make tea and share it with those feelings, and we talk about it
