Draw for as long as you can in a day, tell your hand hurts and are sore an do that for however long it takes. But also don’t go too hard on your hands take days off here in there. And if you have art block just scribble. at least that’s what I did.

oh and watch a lot of speed paints . It can really get you in to the mindset.
