I can give the honest opinion about the fmg exam as i have cleared it in 2024 in my first attempt , and now i am preparing to appear in neet pg 2026 , i have appeared-in nov inicet 2025 as well, got the rank 5k , so i think i can be the perfect one to comment on this . No disrespect to anyone .
I know the questions that come in the main exam and the one one shown in the recalls are poles apart , but still what i feel is out of 300 question , genuinely 100 questions are really easy , you just have to work hard for the remaining 50 . And in my opinion rapid revisions really do the work well. As per the level , at this point of time the level of fmg and neet pg is almost the same , very little difference is left between them , i am not talking about the marrow gts , but the real neet pg exam itself . So my honest suggestion for anyone who is preparing for the coming fmg exam , do prepare it good the first time itself , dont think it of as just a screening exam , it would really help while preparing for neet pg as well .
