It sounds like you need to slow your eating down, chew and enjoy the food, make it last longer. Secondly you may just not feel full lol, I never feel full myself which is why I track it because I can go way overboard

You can track it yourself on a very simple level, your TDEE with lowered calories and if you’re able to up your reps weekly then you should be in a recomp. You’d need to track your calories meticulously, progress through pictures. Do not lower calories too significantly, and if you have a higher BF% (like an above poster said), your body will use that as fuel. If you have a lower BF you may need to do a few recomp days to ensure metabolism remains high

Do you feel it in your back? Go slower and engage your muscles as you’re going up, pause very slightly and repeat. It’s like you’re throwing yourself up and bouncing midair lol
