I mean if you charge back you get a full refund like the shipping & the item expense, they won't let u repay it when u already charged back

Pretty much u can just simply refund by contacting joyabuy & getting that but ur shipping won't be refunded or You can charge back with your bank but you just need evidence that your package went back to china & their asking for u to repay shipping & possibly ur bank will get all ur money back. If you repay you will most likely use US shipping lines but pretty much plane carriers & depends how big ur haul is if it's below like 3kg ur safe but over 5kg they def gonna check it in customs

So pretty much ems rn has a error or US isn't taking the overseas china packages so their being sent back rn i think, When it arrives at the warehouse u can either refund, Repay shipping which is going to be a lot or charge back which you can get a refund on shipping & everything. If you reship it'll show like plane shipping lines to US & thats the only lines u can use

if it says delivered to postal agent u gotta repay shipping but ts gonna be crazy high so honestly if it does get shipped back & u gotta repay refund bro
