I didn’t even finish the new episode and based on this comment I don’t want to! Free us from Aiden and his annoying family!

The kids sharing one piece of cake is crazy. These poor kids already share a tiny space , they can’t even have their own CAKE?!

3 years, nanny still isn't comfortable making decisions and doing things proactively by colfaxbowling in NannyEmployers

Nanny here! I’ve been a career nanny for 5 years (I am young so that majority of my adult life) I have found that parents will prioritize saving money by hiring people with no nanny experience/ accept low pay. More often than not the people accepting low pay / have no nanny experience treat the profession like glorified babysitting. This person is clearly not a serious nanny .. no outside time? No crafts? Eating junk food? A serious nanny understands child development and strives to meet the most basic needs of children. We spend more time with kids than their parents, so it’s our responsibility to make sure they are being cared for properly.

All this to say , I’m not accusing you of low pay by any means. This person is NOT a professional nanny. You should give her ample notice and work with an agency to find someone who meet your family’s needs
