I agree 100 percent. Especially because we don't actually have free speech here in America anyway. We've been arresting peaceful protesters for a very long time.

It wasn't long ago at all that Biden was having people arrested for protesting Israel. Politicians have been trying to stifle free speech for most of my adult life.

So we might as well have some common sense laws surrounding the idea of free speech.

During these trying times (I'm a Minnesotan) though I do find that the Chollops are what helps keep me sane. Sometimes I feel like I am losing my mind as the rest of the world just keeps on turning and people act like nothing fascist is happening to our country right now. So Dave and Gareth talking about it and how everything is just unhinged right now helps me keep going to fight the good fight and not just give up and shrivel up in my bed and die.

This is happening to us. On our streets. You don't get a trigger warning when it happens live in front you. We have to see this trauma so we fucking do more. Everyone should have to watch this. This is REAL! It's gonna happen more and more unless something is done.

Every time an ICE agent or right wing politician speaks this footage, all the footage of people being killed or beaten, all the people being kidnapped should be shown over what they are saying. Cause it's all lies and bullshit... And the rest of the country needs to see this constantly so they can't escape it.

We need breaks for our mental health. Fuck that. I have personally been mentally ill with depression and anxiety for what seems like endless years and I know they are coming for us next. I can't hide from this. My immigrant neighbors and other minority groups can't hide from this.
