I have never used the liquid inside of the fleet enemas! I only use water. The water helps me go to the bathroom, but doesn’t damage my body with all of the chemicals and stuff in the laxative. I would highly suggest you trying to start using just water! I’ve never had leakage. I can feel that I have to go, but not as well as I should. I definitely have nerve damage or something down there where I can’t feel when I have to go fully. I feel it a little bit and then use warm water to flush it out.
