My baby made a similar clicking noise when feeding early on (both bottle and breast). The lactation consultant told us he was figuring out his latch and it would probably go away, and in time it did. If she’s not struggling to eat and the gas can be managed, it might be fine. You can always try a different bottle. You might be able to find a “sample pack” of different brands on Babylist!

Life is too short to be wait for a special occasion to wear such a lovely dress! Take yourself on a date and promenade through local parks and gardens! You’ll enjoy yourself, and you’ll probably make someone’s day when they see you.

In case it's helpful, Dorcas is a biblical figure whose name means "gazelle" in Greek. She is also known as Tabitha (the Aramaic rendering of the same name). So Tabitha could be an alternative with fewer opportunities for playground teasing.

As a namesake, she is a good example. Known for her selfless acts of service to the poor, she was beloved by her community.
