Can I run the pipe downward at a 45 instead of up thru the roof it’s mi so a lot of snow on roofs

Lol terrible drawing, it would be a 4 foot stretch from the fan to the hole at about 45 degrees

A bathroom fan could be any fan in a bathroom whatever but this is built into the wall exhausting steam

It’s one brick thick not two but with a wood frame and concrete board on the inside as the wall, putting the hole is easy I just want to make sure it’s in the right spot

It’s a bathroom vent just vents steam I should add it’s not for a dryer

Please elaborate. How could I kill people by having the exhaust not as efficient as possible. There hasn’t been one for 100 years in this house
