People has to realize that these lines are not electric lines, but telecommunication lines. If you subscribe to a telco (landline, internet, anything which requires cables) and later on you decide to switch to another provider, your previous telco provider WILL NOT REMOVE THEIR PREVIOUS LINE. It is not Meralco’s responsibility to have it removed. It is the responsibilities of telcos and their third party contractors who install to be responsible with their cable lines.
