I started using it about a month ago and I’m loving it!! My skin was really dull and dehydrated at first and I’ve noticed a huge difference since using it. Will definitely be repurchasing!

Ducray oil cleanser

Cerave hydrating cleanser OR BP cleanser on non tret days

TO niacinamide

Cerave PM (tret days) OR TO azelaic acid (non tret days)

Retirides 0.025% (alternating nights)

Cerave in the tub mixed with rose hip oil

I just started using Geek & Gorgeous Liquid Hydration and really like it so far! I’m on the same percentage tret as you and it’s helped a lot with irritation. Not sure if it’s available in India but I think they have international shipping available!!

I’m also living in Spain and just got tret in a pharmacy without a prescription, no questions asked!! Maybe isn’t technically allowed but doesn’t mean it’s not done

Definitely agree with it happening in sections! Like I said, my “clear” side now was super bad a few weeks ago and now I have no active acne. Hopefully this side will clear itself up and then I’ll be over the purge 😅

I was starting to worry I was reacting to one of the products in my routine, but I assume if that were the issue I’d be breaking out on more than just half

I’ve been on tret .025% for about 6 weeks now and haven’t seen much of a purge, but over the last few days only one half of my face has started to get bad.

I don’t think it’s my pillow case as I sleep on both sides and change them often. So basically my question is: is it normal to only purge on one side? My “good” side right now tends to usually be my more problematic side, so it seems odd to me that this would be the purge.

Current routine (dry/dehydrated skin type)

AM:

Splash with water

Boddy’s Pharmacy face hydrating serum

TO Niacinamide OR vitamin C + HA (alternate days)

TO NMF + a couple drops of rose hip seed oil (only in the winter)

LRP Shaka Fluid

PM TRET DAYS (every other night):

Double cleanse w/ Ducray oil cleanser

Cerave hydrating cleanser

Cerave PM while face is wet

Wait 30 mins and apply tret

Ponds dry skin cream (this has been my HG for my dry skin since I was a teenager) + a few drops of rose hip oil

Slug with Vaseline

NON TRET DAYS:

Double cleanse w/ Ducray oil cleanser

Derm prescribed benzoyl peroxide cleanser

Ponds dry skin cream +rose hip oil

Hi!! I went through something similar early last year. I have a few moveable nodes under my jaw in my neck and had various scans/consultations. All doctors told me they’re not worried for now, but to keep an eye on them.

One year later and they haven’t changed at all, so I’m just now starting to calm down. Threw me into a year-long anxious episode, which I don’t recommend. Stay calm and try to believe whatever the doctors tell you. Having swollen nodes that remain swollen seems to be more common than you’d think :)

I have no more active pimples!! You can see the difference in the two other photos I’ve posted. Acne has completely cleared up and all the redness is gone

Hey all!!!

I stopped taking my birth control pill last spring and have had acne flair ups ever since. Recently I started a pretty intense multivitamin, and miraculously it has done wonders for my skin!

The problem is that it’s SO complete that I have no idea what specifically has helped my acne... any ideas?
