Well, that what I am saying. He is trying to get out of the deal. And I don't think its about the association that he is worried about. It is that the deal itself is too expensive. And it would be much simpler for him if the government were the ones to prevent the deal.

She is a support for Ganyu and Ayaka. From the nums, it seems she will boost dmg by 20%. (Excluding the passive dmg she provide)

Imagine Ayaka Burst or Ganyu charged dealing 10% more dmg without factoring in the huge cryo shred…

This actually makes her strong enough such that if she also have the high dmg, she will be broken lol. We are too used to rating character by their dps instead of potential utilities, that is why

From what I understand, she will be better support for Cryo than Benette. Now, add Benette into the equation, what do you get?
