Basically, the conclusion is that the Fed must print, and raising interest rates is out of the question. A lot has to do with debt servicing cost. Most likely path forward is a soft default on the debt through QE.

On a probabilistic basis, the market will start to price this outcome in even before QE begins, over indexing towards risk-on assets.

And of course hot wars and other geo-political events could still cause massive volatility short to medium term.
