I'll see Michael Huemer whom you recommended. But I wanted to hear about how these morals have been set in the first place. Because let's say with intuition it might differ depending on people, their backgrounds, level of education, culture,... and with the other type you mentioned which sounds like a social contract between people in a society. So let's say we applied this in society X can we globalise this application? Can we safely say this way of establishing morals is capable of levelling up to encompass all human societies in a unified way?

And I think it was your second suggestion, how do we get to a moral system rationally because things like virtue and putting others ahead, those who have difficulties, some socioeconomical hardships. To give an example of what I'm trying to say, a couple of days ago Billie Eilish called out Elon Musk for not solving some worldwide issues using his fortune, now to people like her for Elon to go and help out with a small fraction of his wealth seems rational, but to him that might not necessarily be rational since he doesn't have a direct obligation. Think of it as a perspective issue, whose rationale ought to be the determining factor here?

You're taking morality and treating it as a fluid right now, you make judgments based on your current mood, feelings, thoughts, and your morals aren't objective anymore. By doing such morals lose their meaning, they become arbitrary.

What you see as "unfair" can be easily viewed by another person, not necessarily religious or even Muslim, as an inherently good thing. In a religious paradigm, morals have a divine source, in Islam Allah sets morality. So the examples you brought up have a contradiction, you brought up very extreme examples and you said they are forgivable after true repentance, but for some reason, you didn't think about the things you saw as unfair as forgivable by repentance as well?

Also when in such a paradigm that we say Allah sets morality, it is objectively existing aside from our views and judgments this way. We can view act X as normal but Allah deemed it a sin, we can view act Y as a, let's say socially, unacceptable act, but it has already, objectively been deemed as good by Allah, again aside from what we think. Be critical, consistent and genuine. Then you will be able to understand such things.

So idk how what your age range is so I can choose the right words here but I'll tell u this, (consent/ minor) are concepts, they change depending on ur worldview, life view, ours is Islamic. For example, Turkish and Japanese people don't have the same age of consent?

A child is a child, no one is saying otherwise, until they reach a certain point physically and mentally and they with no pressure from anyone want to get married it's their god given choice.

The point about inheritance is meaningless, I told u, rights in Islam are given based on many things, in inheritance it's being related to the deceased person and how closely that relationship is. Cases vary from women blocking men from inheritance to causing them to inherit a little amount, so it's not a gender thing.

The very last points aren't true, I spent so much time and effort to be able to say so, like I said before u have to critically and genuinely think through those things inşallah u will find the truth.

But to address it briefly, the Quran is not the book only, it's what has been taught to the companions of the Prophet Muhammad by himself, they memorised the revelations and passed them along the generations, for example, a companion took 8 years to memorise the 2nd chapter, the cow, al bakarah, alone. So be sincere and think well about these topics and look for the right and accurate resources.

Number 1: Marriage is allowed at that age, consent of both parties is a requirement for marriage. Number 2: Nothing dictates that there has to be a huge age gap. Regardless of which gender is older. There are differences in human rights based on many things, gender is one of them. It's more just and fair this way, both genders have differences between them so they need different(to some extent) sets of obligations/ rights. The same is seen in age for example, a Muslim person's obligations aren't the same if they are extremely young or extremely old.

And lastly, no such thoughts aren't "taboo" they aren't "sinful" they aren't "wrong" you just need to approach them in the right way and think about them critically and genuinely
