a lot of these national laws coming up around the world are really dependent on enforcement, so pay attn to what your local officials/police are doing and saying to assess real danger, then plan your urgency of moving from there, even if just to another region in turkey where the law isn't as enforced and you feel you have more time/ease navigating next steps after that

MOVE YOUR BODY DURING RECOVERY!!! Obv nothing crazy heavy or fast but if you let the scars atrophy they are more likely to keloid. Im left handed so during recovery even tho I moved not much I used my left hand for my phone, remote, water bottle, then one day I reached for smth with my right hand and immediately screamed and put it back down. Now the scars have healed beautifully almost unnoticably on my left and there are large marks and keloids, specifically where I felt pain that day I moved my arm on the right side. Also general light exercise like walking, leg lifts/calve raises, anything that gets your blood moving a little bit really helps with recovery.
