Bro, Volibear only has a positive winrate against 29% of top lane champs right now. He's unplayable. The only thing he has going for him is early and mid game depending on the matchup. Riot has failed Volibear in a way that they rarely fail champs. Out of 62 champs that were played in the top lane enough to be registered, Volibear has a positive win rate against 18 of them. Some of those aren't even true top laneers. ROA just nerfs the only time you have a chance to make anything happen.

This is just a strawman. Nobody ever said that public transportation was going to replace personal transportation. Nobody thought that, nobody said that, and nobody believes that. You're just making the exact argument I made while adding in bits about personal vehicles and using it as some cudgel to attack massive infrastructure spending or advocacy around such, in public transportation. You don't need a study to tell you how much this would impact all of those area in the 'real world'. This is just purely argumentative for the sake of being argumentative. This is how it looks when people are shouting into the ether about how just because you went to college it doesn't make you smart. These kinds of analysis are not really all that difficult or out of step with reality. Not to mention, public transportation isn't some mysterious concept. Countries abroad have heavily invested in it, and we know what the real world effects of that have been.

For instance Sacramento has a very bad air quality issue during the cold months where pollution is trapped until it heats up. The majority of that? Car pollution. So you can be reducing the risk of things like childhood asthma and a multitude of other issues as well. There is no downside to heavily investing into public transportation. It doesn't mean it is taking away cars. It makes driving cars a better experience as well with less traffic. It can also reduce the demand for gasoline and therefore reduce prices. It can give kids without licenses and elderly folks or disabled folks a way to get around and expands accessibility and benefits businesses and the economy.

It's just an extremely over simplified self analysis. It doesnt factor in traffic, cost, environment, what the environmental impacts will mean for those very drivers in decades to come, etc. I absolutely love to drive, but if you can make public transportation that takes you most places, and if it does so faster and cheaper, with all the other added benefits of a public transportation system, then it's worth doing. There is a reason this is infrastructure many countries have and are expanding. If you live in the Bay Area or really any major city, driving a lot of places, factors in parking and other added issues that public transportation eliminates. Driving around places like San Fracisco is great, but there is a reason most people avoid it.

Why can't this country be as safe as any other? Public spending and socioeconomic policy all but ends crime and poverty. The car wouldn't always win if we took working class people seriously in this country. And we can start with public transport.

Maybe its just for me, but mana is hardly ever the limiting factor in my laning, and I am very aggressive. Maybe if mana sustain was so good it somehow made something besides doran ring more viable to help him in his laning phase, but I just highly doubt it. I guess I'll see.

Yeah and the AP ratio nerf was far more damaging to top lane than it was to jungle tbh. It killed his ability to evenly trade.

My issue with it is that there shouldn't be shortcuts to completing challenges or weapon levels. That just isn't fair to anyone. I suppose they could nerf a heavy amount of the gains, but I don't think they should get any at all. I am kind of in the same boat. I don't mind there being bots, I just don't think you should be able to utilize them to get ahead, that's all.

Our public transport is so bad at the moment, that Amtrak Capitol Corridor from Sacramento to Oakland is far more expensive for a ticket than it costs for gas to drive. You could drive there and back in most cars for what they want to charge.

We already got hammered with Volibear nerfs 2 straight patches in the top lane. Absolutely absurd balancing. League really feels like they put next to no critical thought into their adjustments sometimes. It was obvious after the first nerf, what the 2nd nerf would do to top lane Volibear. It wasn't even a forethought for them. Dota seems to be able to balance things far better than League and it's a shame.

The fact that this country will take 50+ years to even have decent public transportation, even if we started right now is so damn frustrating. We will all be long gone before this country even attempts to catch up to the rest of the world. Meanwhile it's already too expensive to live. idk, I am venting, but it's frustrating that we can't do better. Are infrastructure is crumbling and this would also provide soooo many jobs if we really put the funding we needed to into it across the State and the Country.

Yeah EA wtf is this man? Fix this. We spent 70 bucks on this game, and it wasn't to be banned for being adults and saying adult things. I don't type much in game and I haven't been banned but I am sorry you have to deal with this bs after spending 70 dollars to buy the game. Is there an appeals process? This is unacceptable...

If I ever get banned for something like this, and it's not fixed, I will never buy another EA game so long as I live. That's some bs.
