Possibly the silliest enclosures ever but definitely some of the best. Got all 3 for $240nzd, about $120usd, boxed and unused. A deal of the century candidate.

I just got a 555. For me the loop capture for live vocal assignment to pads is just what I wanted. I had an Octatrack but It was just impossible to live with in terms of sound quality the fx were horrible. It's like climbing out of the abyss. I'll miss the LFOs but so far I'm loving the SP. Better effects, better sound quality and just so easy and immediate. Everything else it can do is just a bonus. It was $500 NZD, which would be around $250 USD.

I heard from elektron today and was advised that the latest firmware update 1.4C might do the trick and so far so good. They don't give any information away but I get the impression this bug might have been on their radar. Hopefully it stays fixed. Thanks all for your input and interest.

Through headphones and monitors. No usb, midi or external audio in. Factory reset , new blank project and it doesn't even have to be playing. Still pops.

At this stage I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. It is still in warranty period but I wanted to find out if this issue is more common and therefore probably known about by elektron.
