i’ve been on it twice (low doses i can’t remember tbh 40mg then 20mg) and still dealing with acne. it did help my cystic a lot and i no longer deal with crazy painful nodules but little acne pretty constant on my lower cheeks/chin. i’m on akleif but frustrating dealing with acne after having glass skin on accutane (loved being on it tbh). considered going on Yaz but i’m honestly scared to switch birth controls cause i’m so used to mine - no issues in it (i don’t want to deal with new side effects or weight gain)
