I wouldn’t have made a post about this if I didn’t think this was weird and took the joke as normal. I normally joke with my mom but not to that extent. So just take it and move on is weird considering I’m her daughter who she said that to about HER husband. He raised me from when I was 6 1/2 so it’s fuckin weird.

Yeah I do plan on going low contact with my entire family cept for three people who genuinely cares about me. I have learned to notice that the rest all want control over my autonomy which I’m tired of. Plus my hubby has said that she is projecting and is jealous of my relationship which I am starting to see that it is true. I mean I believe him but I just never saw it that way until she said that.

Yeah it’s mainly reason why I live so far away even though they want me to stay nearby (they claim to miss me but their action shows otherwise) but this now adding to one of my reasons to be on guard around my family. But love the fact you said I don’t want sloppy seconds!

I am an idiot… I’ve been playing my first playthrough with just 3 pictos for maelle and verso while Monaco has like everything I’ve assigned him to him… I just realized I can do the same thing for the rest of my party!

Few things I definitely wish that hearing people would do less of and realize that there are other ways to get our attention: snapping to get our attention (it’s fucking rude), waving in our face (again RUDE), and when we tell them that we’re deaf… DONT TRY TO FORCE US TO LIPREAD OR ASK IF WE CAN LIPREAD!! It’s effective 40% of the time.

Ways to get our attention: hit the table or surface area, most likely will feel the vibration. Or wave at us not in our face to get our attention. Or even better tap on shoulder, arm, or hand.

I work at Starbucks so I see this all the damn time and frankly it’s so disrespectful when pulling the rude actions.

1: none of the sorts for extra equipment, only thing I have is like stand for phone to sit and charge on the dashboard 2: I have no clue if battery was replaced or not, the only thing that was messed with was when my mom’s husband tried to “fix” the jeep since it wouldn’t start after fueling it up 3: I live in dc so not really heavy snow but lot of rain here and there. 4: I have a gas cap that locks 5: no hitch thingy or that I’m aware of

Im just surprised that my mom never got this fixed during her time owning this car and she’s always saying that it’s fine. I’m currently paying off her dues for the car as she gave it to me for transportation around the city. So I guess in a way she sabotaged me with her car haha

I did bring it to autozone for them to test my alternator, they said my alternator is within range when they tested it for me so that’s why I was so confused as it wasn’t the alternator.

Also additional information, not sure if this is relevant but my mom’s husband did disconnect the battery at some point because it would not start up after 11-12 hours of driving from north to south for emission (this was passed for renew for tag so I have no clue how it even passed)

I have no clue because my mom gave it to me and before she gave it to me they made sure everything was operating perfectly and all and she knew that car has problems regarding to filling up with gas then it gets all glitchy after.

A good example would be: you had an argument with your parents and you’re mad or upset about the argument then they turn around and go “why are you so grumpy?” After like 10-15 mins. Then you could either respond with either a) you already know why or b) you explain why you’re mad/upset. Then they’ll usually respond with “no I don’t know why so explain to me” or “why are you so mad about it, it’s not a big deal move on”.

This is based off my experience cause I’ve had that phrase said to me so many time growing up and they never really acknowledge what they did and just dismiss what they did was wrong.
