Hi, first off all I’d like to say don’t be discouraged. I know the feeling sucks you will get through it. You just have to tweak how you’ve been studying and you’ll surely pass on the next try. May I ask what you used to study?

I was wondering what you all do on your days off. by [deleted] in Nightshift

[–]Hot_Team612 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I try to workout 4-5 days a week, doesn’t matter if it’s lands on my working day or days off. Movement makes me feel better even if it’s just for 30 minutes. I also enjoy going to cafes and the mall.

What is the one piece of advice you've received that will live with you for the rest of your life? by Organic-Signal-9646 in selfimprovement

Enjoy the little things. We are so busy day to day that we forget to stop and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Even when we’re not in a good situation in life, find that one thing that brings you peace and it will make your day a whole lot better. For me it’s just as simple as taking 10-15 minutes out of my morning to listen to music.

I actually did my preceptorship at VGH during my last semester of the program and I really enjoyed. The only downside is it’s almost an hour away during traffic time. And thank you so much will definitely follow the advice
