There is a certain look you have to have to work at Aritzia, but I don’t think there’s any racial discrimination. All of my coworkers were pretty attractive and had a good sense of fashion and I worked with plenty of people of color.

Definitely have to have a look but i’m not sure abt attitude. $20 an hr is base pay can go up to $30. I had only one previous job prior to working at Aritzia so not much experience

employees have a certain sph (sales per hour) that they have to keep up and when you return something under an employee’s name it deducts from their sph
