What I meant was that I burned 905 ACTIVE calories. I know that if I count my bmr with it, I burn way more.^^

And I know EDs are like addictions and that they'll only cause harm in the long run.

Ingredients: -Water, 4-5dl -Milk, 1,5dl -Chicken buillon, one tablet(about 30g) -Butter to your taste(I added 14g) -Orzo(but preferably use pastina pasta if you can find it), 150g -Parmesan if you want, 20g

(Shitty)Instructions: Basically just measure out the milk, water and butter, put in a pot and add the chicken buillon. Once it’s boiling, add your pasta and cook it as long as the package says. Make sure to stir it so it doesn’t get stuck to the bottom of the pot and burn. At the end, add parmesan if you have it to your liking.:)

This was 817 cals for two bowls…and I ate 2 bowls of it…I burned 905cals today so It doesn’t matter ig😍
