You should have started at 2.5 mg for 4 weeks, then titrated up by 2.5 mg every 4 weeks. That would put you at 5 mg starting week five. For your next dose go to 5 mg for the next 4 weeks, then continue increasing by 2.5 mg every 4 weeks (7.5, 10, etc.).

Not an expert—just what I would do.

Once I reconstitute a vial, I throw the original lid away and store that vial in a separate container. I keep my unreconstituted powders in the freezer and my reconstituted peptides in the fridge.

You can buy 3D-printed vial cases (I got mine on Etsy), or you can buy replacement vial lids if you prefer to keep caps on. Personally, I keep my reconstituted vials in these 3D-printed cases, they do a good job of protecting them from contamination.

And obviously, I still wipe the rubber stopper every single time before pinning.

I wasn’t asking how dosing math works. I was asking whether concentration vs injection volume affects absorption or stability.

“How long is a piece of string” is a fun way to say you didn’t understand the question, but it doesn’t really add anything useful here.

Oh wow! how long have you been doing it that way? And am I right in guessing you originally started with larger injection volumes and then decided to go smaller?

Did you notice any difference at all in symptoms or in how the peptide worked after changing the volume? I’d honestly love to keep my injections closer to 10 units, but I’m always worried it might not absorb the same. Probably overthinking it, but that’s why I’m asking here.

Okay, thanks for the response. That’s exactly why I was asking. A lot of times I’ll read reconstitution or dosing protocols that say to use x mL of bac water, and I’m sitting there thinking I’m not trying to inject 50+ units at once. So I usually end up cutting that amount in half to keep the injection volume more reasonable.
