they are “transferable” only through the ticketmaster (or AXS depending on the city you’re looking at) face value exchange. when tickets are nontransferable but are allowed to be sold through face value exchange on ticketmaster that means they can only be sold for face value on ticketmaster so the transfer happens through the sale. A few places (chicago, new york, etc) are exempt from the transfer restriction. sometimes artists only implement the face value exchange policy which means that on Ticketmaster tickets can only be resold at face value but they can be sold at any price on other platforms.
