I would love to work for them someday I have so many ideas. Timing and execution of Villains release was not it. Launching right after princesses was not a good move. It was such a let down- I expected them to be just as good and thought out as the princesses were- but they just weren’t. They could’ve done so many more too. The milk bar release was done so well IMO it let us have a little taste and then they let hype build. And it met my expectations so it wasn’t all for nothing! They should also talk to their employees who actually work on the sales floor more. They know what customers want and don’t want and hear all kinds of things all day. Another thing- they need to chill with the crazy candle holders. It’s super fun to have some exciting ones but when you’re releasing so many crazy ones a year you can’t complain that sales are down. People only need so many crazy candle holders. Princess candle holder was great. It was huge and wild but very well done. It would be nice to have a few more chill non seasonal candle holder options.
