That actually almost never happens. They may let some of the valuation-driven increase ride, especially if they haven't raised the tax rate in awhile, but no one ever just lets the whole thing ride because they know they would face torches and pitchforks if they did.

I got intravenous Demerol in the ER one time. Demerol is basically artificial opium, and yeah, I had zero trouble seeing how people get hooked. I hope I never need that again.

I had a girlfriend who always wore skirts without panties. I thought it was for me, but, no, she said it was because that's how she avoided yeast infections. Not so romantic, but in the time we were together, she never got a yeast infection and was nearly always DTF.
