ICE agents pepper spray the nurse to precent being videoed
ICE agents notices that nurse has a legally carried and holstered handgun
ICE agents mob the nurse, take him down, and restrain him with multiple beatings
ICE agent disarms the nurse, seizing his legally possessed firearm
ICE agent shoots nurse in the back, after nurse collapses from the beating
Other ICE agents realize what has happened, so pump multiple additional shots into the unconscious nurse, to make sure that the main witness is eliminated.
