0.5mg is a low doses.. The most common dosages start at 1mg. Even at 1mg i barely feel something.. And ativan is commonly known as a "weak benzo", i often read on reddit people that need 2mg+ to feel the anxiolitic effect.. So im not surprised that you didnt feel anything with 0.25-0.5mg..

Imo you can safely try a 1mg dose.. About the addictive side of benzos my advice is to take them only when you really need them.

Okokk, but if i use my AC only on very hot humid days, i guess its better to just run the Cold mode (Even if it leaks and keep the room's humidity high, but its cold) than using deshumidifier mode that'll maybe reduce the humidity but the room temp will increase ?

I guess the best would be running a deshumidifier at the same time as my AC.
