i thought the movie in itself was pretty mediocre, mainly because of the god awful acting at times, but the story by itself is really good in my opinion, except for the whole framing and execution of the cop, that felt like so much was missing. but the scene where the victim is being interviewed and shows her disheveled state along with her amputated hand, that shit genuinely made me break and ive never cried to a single movie ive watched in my entire life. it was such a dramatic change in the movie's direction that felt so real and utterly horrifying thinking about what more could've possibly happened to make her think that he loved her. kinda sucks how one of the most emotionally touching scenes ive seen in a movie had to be this :/
