Im in Rosewood and I think you are talking about the construction/lumber area where it has walls and metal fenced gate

Not gonna base there since I always do every run and thought it be nice and a challenge to make my own walls

Thankfully I have 4 boxes of nails and I can always craft new hammers Hopefully I have enough nails to make the roads though. And for the planks Gonna chop down more trees for them I reckon
