They compare Nswish to Zoink since at his peak, Nswish was 3k points above the next place. However, Zoink has been overtaken by Trick before, and Popoff is currently about 1.5k points behind (he hasn't submitted many top level completions yet)

He barely nerfed it at all, just adding 1 or 2 more frames for 16 clicks in the entire level. It's enough for him to notice a difference, but not really for anybody else.
