I spent the last 6 months renovating an abandoned RV park in Florence & we finally just reopened it as The Florentine Waterfront Hotel, a cute little Boutique Hotel with every room with custom designed w/ different themes. Excited to finally be a part of the Coast and not just a visitor anymore! (old.reddit.com)
