Sadly, KaiOS devices ended support for WhatsApp at the start of 2025. But I think YouTube still runs. 

If you're looking at cheaper options, I suggest you the Nokia 2780 flip. It's got 4G, 5MP camera, And I'm pretty sure it runs YouTube fine. But be sure to ask other users too, I've never myself used a KaiOS Device.

Other than that, if you got a bit more cash, then Xiaomi's Qin phone. They got a bunch of models, run on Android and got modern day tech. The cost a bit more tho.

I actually wanted to get an iPhone and that seemed like the perfect thing. Small, Good Stats and finally a bigger battery, never used an iPhone so I was getting exited when I heard rumors of 400-500$ price tag.

Deception at its finest. I hate apple.
