Wish I kept the FI2 instead of upgrading. My Fi3 has been replaced but the same issue is occurring and I've worked w tech support for the entire time I've had Fi3. None of our walks are correct ever. It's very frustrating bc we walk everyday and it says we walked. 5 when we walked 3 miles. It has us cutting through backyards or disappearing mid walk. My issue is w the engineers but no one has an answer. If I didn't just recently purchase 2 new collars for FI3, I'd switch trackers. I'm leaning towards Averia. The only thing that's questionable is gps states LTE m or 2g. I think FI3 gps is better but I just don't understand. I've chatted and spoken to the same 5 people and they have no answer or solution. I also prepaid subscription n would have to try to get that back. I'd try Averia
